A tad more has been hooked on the Sheep and Daffodil challenge piece generously designed by Kelley Belfast of Kankerdoodleblogspot. Not a whole lot of hooking, but at least have made some progress.
Today I started my wavy border and was so happy to read we could add a border. From the beginning it was known that changing the flowers was okay but wondered about the border. Since daffodils were what inspired Kelley for this Spring Challenge and the same flowers blooming in my yard... decided to keep the daffodils.
House colors are floating in my head but haven't cut any wool for them yet. There's a lot of border and grass to hook so thought I'd do that part of hooking first then worry about sky and houses.
Again, if anyone is interested in joining this challenge you can get the free pattern on a Facebook group known as Out of Hand Rug Hookers. That is this group link which is an open group, and if you ask to join the challenge you will be allowed to be in the closed group for this challenge.
Have a great Sunday night everyone.
