SPIKE UPDATE

He's all hooked ~ or is he? 

In the previous post my comment was something like...."ain't gonna worry about colors because I'm using what I have".  Well now that I've hooked more of the body, that blue ear looks somewhat out of place.  Here is the original.

And here is another photo taken with a calm neutral purple wool on the ear.  And, do believe it does look better and not so much in your face as the blue.

If I switch wool outlining the ear will be better too since the blue was a stiff wool .

Back to the hooking frame.  Happy rainy Sunday from Delaware.
