Cape May Rug Show #1

There were lots of talented folks at Cape May who provided their finished works.   During lunch Linda announced there were over 100 rugs for the show and would put them against any other rug show she had ever attended.  Although I didn't ask, am guessing this was the largest turn out of rugs for Cape May in a while.

Tonight I'll only give you some of the rug photos and not all the 'over 100' which were on display.  After all, I need a little more time to pull some loops on my camp rug to make a good impression for Kris and Lori, lol.

Okay, here we go.  Remember, if you tap on the photo you can see a larger version of the rug and most likely see who the designer and hooker is.

Welcome to the show:

There are still many rug photos to share but they need to be cropped as I like to name the photos.  That is a great help when looking for a particular pattern, hooker, designer, etc.

There will also be a show of rugs in progress which were being hooked in class.  The 'throw down' show was outside and teachers had their own sections which would be nice to take photos of each teachers' students rugs.

Well the concept is great except with all the people walking around one tends to move from class to class and get whatever photos they can maneuver themselves close to.  But I'll try my best to identify which class the rug was being hooked in.

Happy Hooking everyone.
